Wholesale Requirements

We’re delighted you’re interested in carrying Carats & Candles. To qualify for a wholesale partnership, please review the following requirements:

  • Opening Order Minimum: $200 to get started
  • Reorder Minimum: $100 for all subsequent orders
  • MOQ per Design: 6 cards per style
  • Business Verification: A valid resale license or business tax ID is required

To help you get started, we’re offering free shipping on your opening order (within the continental U.S.) or a $25 credit toward your next reorder—your choice at checkout.

Local Delivery

Complimentary local delivery is available for retailers located within 25 miles of our studio.

Ordering Process

We keep the process simple and intentional. To get started, complete our wholesale application. Once approved, you’ll receive your wholesale account details and access to our online wholesale portal.

After you place your selections, we’ll carefully prepare your order within 5–7 business days. Local delivery is complimentary for retailers located within 25 miles of our studio—one of the ways we love supporting our Middle Tennessee community.

We’re currently focused on growing our presence across Middle Tennessee and will be expanding to additional areas soon. We look forward to sharing Carats & Candles with even more retailers who value connection, craftsmanship, and life’s meaningful moments.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Order Minimums

  • Opening order minimum: $150
  • Reorder minimum: $100
  • Cards must be ordered in case packs of 8 per design.

Pricing & Payment

  • Wholesale pricing is provided after account approval.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payments: major credit cards, ACH, or approved business checks.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Free local delivery is offered to approved retailers in Middle Tennessee.
  • Shipping costs for all other wholesale orders are the responsibility of the retailer and will be calculated at checkout or invoicing.

Backorders

  • Out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder unless you request cancellation.
  • Backorders will ship as soon as available.

Returns & Damages

  • Because of the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or misprinted.
  • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photos, so we can promptly review and resolve the matter.

Exclusivity

  • Carats & Candles does not guarantee territorial exclusivity unless agreed in writing.

Use of Images & Branding

  • Approved retailers may use Carats & Candles product images for the purpose of promoting sales of our products in their store and online shop.
  • Alteration of product images, branding, or packaging is not permitted.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, the order is final.

Governing Law

  • All wholesale transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
