What type of products do you offer?
We offer luxury cards, stationery, and other paper goods designed to illuminate life’s special moments—big and small.
Do you offer bulk ordering?
Yes! Bulk orders are perfect for events, businesses, or personal stationery. Minimums start at 40 units, and we’re happy to guide you through the process. Email info@caratsandcandles.com to inquire.
Can I customize a card or stationery set?
We don’t currently offer custom designs, but we will soon! Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when customization launches.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are available so your loved ones can choose their favorite designs.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us right away at info@caratsandcandles.com and we’ll make it right.
Where are your products made?
All of our designs are created with care in the U.S., printed on high-quality paper, and thoughtfully packaged by hand.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only, but we’re working on expanding soon!

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
